Deployment Ubuntu Virtualmin module
This module owns a distinct part of the HSLG implementation.
Host-side script responsibilities
This directory holds installation, verification and rollback helpers for the HSLG site hosted by Ubuntu, Webmin and Virtualmin. These scripts should preserve the distinction between a private build toolchain under /home/media/.hslg-build and public WordPress files under /home/media/public_html. They must never assume that one site's PHP pool configuration applies to all Virtualmin websites.
Safe use
Before running a command, verify the intended hostname, Unix user, active PHP version, MariaDB scope and script privileges. Back up the exact file or site being changed. A read-only inventory is different from an installation. Historical SSH commands may contain now-stale paths and should not be run without inspection. Changes to PHP upload limits need the correct website FPM pool and syntax validation, not a global edit to all of /etc/php.
Verification and recovery
After deployment, confirm ownership, HTTP(S), WordPress API health and plugin versions. A restoration test must distinguish rebuilding Ubuntu/Virtualmin infrastructure from restoring actual customer data and WordPress revisions. The single disaster-recovery manual carries the complete procedure and related command checksums; changes here trigger a new recovery review.

Maintenance and evidence
Check all affected file references and the matching human-readable user/architecture page when source changes. Run the module’s contract or governance checks; staging, payment and native hardware tests remain independent of source inventory coverage.
