Coordinates release checks; scripts are not evidence of actual staging or device operation.
Release orchestration
release_gate.py runs cross-module checks for source separation and forbidden native imports. test_release_gate.py exercises those rules against deliberately invalid scenarios. The scripts protect invariants that would be easy to overlook when a solo operator regenerates plugins or native packages.
Meaning of a pass
A source gate verifies architecture and dependency boundaries in source; it does not prove a live APK works, a WordPress update published, or that commercial media rights were granted. Record the exact command and output with the release archive. When a gate finds missing evidence, document and fix the missing feature rather than modifying the test to bypass a requirement.
Evidence to retain
For each run record the exact command, source archive fingerprint, environment, exit code and any skipped checks. An absent Gradle classpath or incomplete npm dependency tree is a blocked native build, not a reason to mark source separation as completed. Preserve the failure in TODO and the development log.

Maintenance and evidence
Check all affected file references and the matching human-readable user/architecture page when source changes. Run the module’s contract or governance checks; staging, payment and native hardware tests remain independent of source inventory coverage.
