Photography, illustrations, fonts, logos and trademarks
Every asset needs provenance
The source includes venue photographs, promotional and review artwork, food photos, five venue marks, HSLG wordmarks, and an original Design Deck image. Many images were supplied during the design conversation. Being supplied by the user is not proof of ownership or a commercial redistribution licence. The register currently marks assets as unverified unless specific evidence is available.
Required proof
For each image/font/illustration: original source URL or creator, author, copyright owner, grant or licence purchase, allowed commercial use, app-store distribution rights, modifications/AI-generation terms, attribution requirements, geographical/temporal restrictions and copy of the approval. Record a SHA-256 hash to match the reviewed bytes. If a stock-library licence applies, check app/template redistribution and print/screenshots separately.
Brand identity
HSLG and the five venue logos may be trademarks as well as copyrighted graphics. Record the party authorised to licence each mark and the scope of HSLG's use. Third-party venue/partner logos need their own grants. Do not assume an internally created alternative wordmark is acceptable when a particular original asset has been approved.
Fonts and icons
Check actual shipped font binaries and CSS @font-face declarations. Hosted font requests and local font packaging can have different terms and privacy consequences. Icon libraries may require licences, attribution or source retention. Do not include fonts in developer downloads solely because they are installed locally. Inventory must include any future WOFF/WOFF2/TTF/OTF/SVG files.
Generated and demonstrative images
For AI-assisted graphics, record creation origin and whether a person's likeness, brand or copyrighted reference was used. Do not state that AI creation automatically establishes copyright ownership or commercial safety. Presenter demo imagery can still require proper rights even if native builds exclude it.
